Al-Hilal player Malcom said he is happy in Saudi Arabia
Al-Hilal striker Malcolm spoke about adaptation in Saudi Arabia. His words are quoted by Ariyadhiah.
The footballer shared that he quickly adapted. “People love football, it’s warmer here, so it felt like I’d been here for a whole year. Most people in the club and team like to laugh and joke, so everything turned out positively, I’m happy here,” the player said.
Al-Hilal announced Malcom’s transfer from Zenit on July 26. The deal was completed on August 3. The St. Petersburg club sold the forward for a record amount for the Russian championship – 60 million euros.
Malcolm is the top scorer in the Russian Premier League in the 2022/2023 season. In 27 matches of the tournament, the athlete, who received Russian citizenship in February, scored 23 goals and 9 assists. He has played for Zenit since 2019.
