Baltika tied with Krasnodar with a score of 2:2 in the RPL match
Kaliningrad “Baltika” played a draw with “Krasnodar” in the match of the 12th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL). This was reported by a Lenta.ru correspondent.
The meeting took place at the Kaliningrad stadium and ended with a score of 2:2. In the 17th minute, visiting striker John Cordoba scored a goal. In the 23rd minute the score was equalized by midfielder Maxim Kuzmin. The hosts took the lead in the 36th minute thanks to a goal from forward Angelo Henriques. In the 61st minute, midfielder Eduard Spertsyan converted a penalty and equalized the score again.
Thus, after 12 matches, Krasnodar remains the leader of the RPL, with 28 points. Baltika, which is a newcomer to the RPL, is in 13th place with 11 points.
In the next match, Baltika will play away against Rubin Kazan on October 27. Two days later, Krasnodar will also meet CSKA Moscow away.
