Fitness expert Butova called a surge of energy a sign of a good workout
Fitness expert Svetlana Butova named six signs of a good workout. Her words are quoted by Sport Express.
The specialist explained that after classes there should not be severe pain. “There will be a sensation of the “presence” of the muscles that were more involved in the exercises. But there should not be acute pain that prevents you from performing your usual and everyday movements within the acceptable range,” she noted.
Butova said that after training you should feel a surge of energy, not a loss of strength. Appetite, sleep and mood should also improve. According to the expert, scientists have proven that exercise can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, even if the disorder is chronic.
In addition, after regular exercise, an improvement in physical condition should be observed. “If the task is set correctly, efforts are made to achieve it both on the part of the student and on the part of the coach, the result will not be long in coming,” Butova said.
Earlier, traumatologist Maxim Shneiderov spoke about innovative methods of recovery after training. He suggested that after classes, we undergo TECAR therapy, during which the body is exposed to high-frequency electric current.
