In a symbolic event between former directors, representatives of the Guayaquil Charitable Committee, Buenos Aires city authorities and former players, documents were signed and delivered confirming that the plots became part of the property of the bullfighting institution. .

“As of today, Barcelona Sporting Club has ownership rights over the land it occupies, as it previously belonged to the Charity Committee of Guayaquil, and today the legalization procedures have been completed both in the municipality and in the property registry,” commented Carlos Alejandro Alfaro Moreno, Toreador president.

The first plot has 9,595 square meters (where Monumental is being built), and the second 253,213 square meters (where the training ground and concentration are located).

“The municipal assessment is 120 million and the commercial assessment will exceed 150 million, for more than 260,000 square meters that are on the property,” said Alfaro Moreno, who noted that this puts Barcelona’s assets in excess of its $51 liability. ′624,789 million determined by the audit of the company PKF Ecuador & Co., with an interruption until September 30, 2019.
