“The main thing for me is to play for the team. If someone takes a closer look, then we’ll discuss something. Nothing has happened yet, and I don’t think about it,” said the athlete, noting that now the results of the Krasnodar team are important to him.

The 24-year-old goalkeeper is a graduate of Krasnodar and has been playing for this team throughout his career. He played ten matches as a member of the Russian national team.

On September 12, the head coach of the Russian national team, Valery Karpin, called on Russian players to leave for European clubs. He said that he advised leaving RPL many times. The coach added that he feels the difference between the level of the national team players who play in Europe and those who remain at home.
