The head coach of Spartak Moscow, Guillermo Abascal, commented on the draw with the capital’s CSKA in the 11th round match of the Russian Premier League (RPL). His words are quoted by Match TV.

Abascal said his substitutions worked well in the match. “We made mistakes in the goals we conceded, we allowed the ball to be transferred to the flanks,” he noted.

On October 8, Spartak drew with CSKA in the RPL match. The meeting took place in Moscow at the Otkritie Bank Arena stadium and ended with a score of 2:2. The red-and-whites bounced back in the sixth minute added to the second half: the goal was scored by midfielder Jesus Medina, who had previously played for the army team.
