Diogo Jota feels muscle problem with Portugal and creates fear in Liverpool

Attacking midfielder Diogo Jota, from Liverpool, felt a muscle problem during the FIFA Data with the Portuguese team. The athlete was left out of the match of Playoffs and has already returned to England.

The medical department of the Portuguese team assessed that Jota would not be able to face Luxembourg this Tuesday. The athlete had already been absent from the friendly against Qatar, last Saturday.

Thus, Jota turns doubt for the match against Watford, next Saturday. The Portuguese can be absent as well as Fabinho and Alisson, who should not return in time for the Brazilian team.

Diogo left Wolverhampton and joined Liverpool last season, becoming an important figure in the Reds. Whether as a starter or joining the bench, Jota helps with his dynamism and good finishing power. In all, he has 39 games and 16 goals scored with the red shirt.

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are in second place in the Premier League with 15 points won, just one behind leaders Chelsea.
