Fitness expert Shakula: setting a realistic goal will force you to go to training
Fitness expert Eduard Shakula named a way to force yourself to go to training. His words are quoted by RIAMO.
The specialist advised setting a realistic and affordable goal. “For example, if you are just starting to play sports, you should not immediately set yourself the goal of running a marathon. It’s better to start with short distances and gradually increase them,” he explained.
Shakula also noted that it is important to be patient and consistent and not give up training if there are no visible results, since changes may not be immediately visible.
“It is equally important to correctly draw up a training plan and stick to it. It should take into account your physical fitness, age, presence of chronic diseases and other individual characteristics,” Shakula added.
Earlier, Ekaterina Khomenko spoke about why it is important to change the place of training. The expert said that suddenly changing your routine increases absolute power, which allows your muscles to withstand more stress.
