Fitness expert Marina Plekhanova spoke about the benefits of shaping for health and weight loss. Her words are quoted by “Championship”.

“Shaping is a system for shaping the human body, that is, creating certain bodily forms,” Plekhanova explained. Plekhanova noted that the average training duration should be within one hour. A good addition to shaping, she says, would be stretching.
