Dadonov’s double helped Dallas defeat Minnesota 6:1 in a preseason match
The Dallas Stars defeated the Minnesota Wild in a preseason match of the National Hockey League (NHL). This was reported by a Lenta.ru correspondent.
The meeting ended with a score of 6:1. A brace from Russian striker Evgeniy Dadonov helped the hosts win. In addition to him, Joe Pavelski, Jason Robertson, Mason Marchment and Tyler Seguin scored. The only goal for the visitors was scored by Jujhar Khaira. Minnesota’s Russian forward Kirill Kaprizov did not take part in the game.
34-year-old Dadonov joined the Dallas roster in June 2023. The contract is for two years. Previously, the striker played for the Montreal Canadiens, Vegas Golden Knights, Ottawa Senators and Florida Panthers, as well as for SKA St. Petersburg and Traktor Chelyabinsk.
The 2023/2024 season starts in the NHL on October 11. Vegas is the current Stanley Cup champion. In the final series, the team defeated Florida with a score of 4-1.
