The change of citizenship by Kachanov and Myalin became known on September 24. They have already been announced for the new team at the 2023 Asian Games.
20-year-old Kachanov is the 2021 European junior champion in synchronized diving from a three-meter springboard. 27-year-old Myalin won the synchronized mixed doubles event together with Daria Govor at the 2015 Universiade in Gwangju.
