Trainer Marina Plekhanova named a way to lose weight using the “bodyflex” complex, which combines breathing and stretching. Her words are quoted by “Championship”.
Plekhanova said that bodyflex combines breathing practices with stretching and exercises to strengthen various muscle groups. According to her, the complex leads to overall health of the body, improvement of the functioning of internal organs and strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles.
The coach said that first you need to stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lower your arms along your body with your palms facing your hips.
Then you need to rise on your toes, while raising your arms up. Next, you need to bring your palms together in front and behind your back. Finally, do breathing exercises.
