Dubof said that after the fight between Fury and Ngannou he will begin negotiations about a fight with Usyk

President of the promotion company Top Rank Todd Dubof spoke about negotiations on organizing a fight between Ukrainian boxer Alexander Usik and Briton Tyson Fury. The specialist’s words are quoted by Sky Sports.

Duboff said that discussions about a fight with Usyk will begin after Fury fights Frenchman Francis Ngannou on October 28. “Tyson remains razor sharp. He faces a battle against the most dangerous man on the planet. After that, if the stars align, a fight between Usik and Fury will soon take place,” the functionary added.

On September 14, Fury announced that he no longer wanted to fight Usyk. The fight between the Briton and the Ukrainian was repeatedly disrupted. The parties were unable to agree on the distribution of fees.

Usik has 21 victories in 21 fights. He holds the World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Federation (IBF), International Boxing Organization (IBO) and WBA Super heavyweight championship belts.

Fury has 33 wins, one draw and no losses. He holds the World Boxing Council heavyweight championship belt.
