Fitness trainer Egor Khodyrev called the danger of “halus valgus” of the foot. His words are quoted by “Championship”.

Khodyrev stated that in this case, a deformation occurs with the deviation of the big toe inward with the appearance of a “bump.” The expert said that people suffering from hallux valgus feet quickly get tired while walking, have an abnormal gait, or are prone to developing flat feet, arthritis, arthrosis and various types of joint diseases.

To get rid of the disease, the trainer advised walking on your toes and on your heels, bending and straightening your toes while sitting, bending forward on straight legs with your hands touching the floor for 10 to 20 repetitions, and also walking on the outside of your foot.
