Barcelona SC draw 0-0 with Liga de Quito at the Monumental Banco Pichincha stadium on the sixth day of the second phase of the Pro League.

The league was intense from the start on the right side led by wing Renato Ibarra and supported by Jhojan Julio, but they were stopped by Brazilians Leonai Souza and Mario Pineida.

In the 7th minute, the Whites made a breakthrough, and the ball was left to midfielder Mauricio Martínez, who eventually shot wide.

From this action, the Canaries reacted and created two opportunities to open the scoring with Argentine midfielder Cristiano Tití Ortiz. In the first, the guacho didn’t have a sharp aim to finish first and wasted it; and in the second, after several jumps, the circle came and his shot was stopped by goalkeeper Alexander Domínguez.

The Whites responded with Julió, who avoided several Canaries and allowed Peruvian forward Paolo Guerre, but the latter hit a cross, worrying goalkeeper Javier Burrai.
