Coach Butova recommended table tennis as an ideal activity in the fall
Fitness expert Svetlana Butova named the ideal sports for outdoor training in the fall. Her words are quoted by Sport Express.
The specialist advised to take up running, hiking, cycling and Nordic walking. Butova noted that these types of activities are ideal for training in the fall, since after the summer heat subsides, the risk of a sudden deterioration in well-being during exercise is reduced.
The coach also recommended trying table tennis. “Table tennis brings a competitive spirit and aerobic exercise. It also allows you to improve coordination, visual reaction and, of course, burn calories,” she explained.
Earlier, general practitioner Igor Vidyaskin named sports that help lower blood pressure. He noted the benefits of walking, swimming, cycling and yoga. The specialist emphasized that it is necessary to engage in physical activity for 30 minutes a day.
