Boxer Tyson Fury called Alexander Usik a Ukrainian homeless person
British heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury insulted Ukrainian Alexander Usik. His words are quoted by the Daily Mail.
The athlete called his possible opponent a little Ukrainian homeless person and said that he was not interested in a fight with him. “That’s the only thing he is to me. I don’t need all the belts in this division. All this nonsense doesn’t interest me,” he emphasized.
On September 14, Fury announced that he no longer wanted to fight Usyk. The fight between the Briton and the Ukrainian was repeatedly disrupted. The parties were unable to agree on the distribution of fees.
Usik has 21 victories in 21 fights. He holds the World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Federation (IBF), International Boxing Organization (IBO) and WBA Super heavyweight championship belts.
Fury has 33 wins, one draw and no losses. He holds the World Boxing Council heavyweight championship belt.
