Not only his family but also millions of fans around the world are worried about the artist. The Prince of Darkness told podcast listeners that he will soon undergo another surgery. This is the fourth serious procedure that the musician has to undergo since 2019.

Ozzy said that this time two vertebrae below the neck needed repair. “There, I was hit by a quad bike and my vertebrae fell apart, there was nothing left of them,” he said. When asked by his son Jacek how he felt now, he admitted that he was living in pain. “I’m in a lot of pain right now, it’s a huge pain, I feel a lot of discomfort.”

At the same time, Osbourne tried to explain what his back problems were. “In my back, two discs and shoulder muscles have separated from the skeleton and that’s why I’m leaning forward as if gravity was pushing my head to the ground,” said the star.

Ozzy Osbourne was scheduled to appear at the Power Trip festival, scheduled for October. The line-up, apart from the Prince of Darkness, included Metallica, Tool, AC/DC and Guns N’ Roses. Unfortunately, Ozzy had to cancel his performance at the three-day event. The artist was replaced by another metal giant – Judas Priest. Despite this, he still hopes to return to the stage soon.
