Vingegaard debuts the summit of Tourmalet

The danish Jonas Vingegaard (Jumbo Visma) has prevailed in the thirteenth stage of the Vuelta a España disputed between formigal and the Col du Tourmalet134.7 km, in which American Sepp Kuss maintained the lead.
