Russian Daniil Medvedev told how he watches tennis tournaments. His words from the US Open press conference are available on the tournament’s YouTube channel.
Medvedev shared that he could no longer watch broadcasts on TV at the hotel. “I don’t know if it’s legal or not, but I need to find a way to watch matches because I can’t see them on TV. I have internet and I watch tennis on what you call pirate sites. I have no other choice, ”the athlete admitted.
On September 5, Medvedev defeated Australian Alex de Minaura and reached the quarterfinals of the US Open-2023. For reaching the semi-finals, he will compete with compatriot Andrei Rublev.
