Lokomotiv defeated Baltika 3:2 in the RPL match

Moscow “Locomotive” defeated “Baltika” in the match of the seventh round of the Russian Premier League (RPL). This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.

The meeting was held in Moscow and ended with the score 3:2. In the first half, the hosts’ players scored three times: Artem Dziuba, Anton Miranchuk and Dmitry Barinov scored goals. At the 51st and 65th minutes, the guests’ players Gedeon Guzina and Sergey Pryakhin reduced the gap to the minimum.

Thus, Lokomotiv moved up to fifth place in the standings of the Russian championship. The team currently has 12 points. Baltika remained on the last, 16th line with three points.

In the next round, Lokomotiv will host Orenburg on September 17. The match will start at 19:00 Moscow time. Baltika will play Rostov at home the day before. The starting whistle will sound at 21:15 Moscow time.
