On September 3, Sunday, the ninth stage of the Tour of Spain, which will lead to the first day of rest on Monday. It will pass through Murcian roads, leaving at Cartagena and arrival in Hill of the Cross of Caravaca. 184.5 kilometers of the route will end nine consecutive days of racing and the cyclists will be able to rest their legs.
The first 50 kilometers of the stage will not pose any difficulty, but from there the Puerto Casas de la Marina la Perdiz, in the 1st category (11.5 km at 4.9%) could create the first groups. Then they will embark on winding roads, with few but many ups and downs, until they reach the second and last port at the finish line, Alto Caravaca de la Cruz2nd category.
