According to the specialist, legs should be trained twice a week, and one session should consist of 5-7 exercises, 1-2 of them can be performed in supersets. Rebrova also recommended smoothly lifting the working weight.

The trainer advised me to pay special attention to nutrition. According to Rebrova, the amount of carbohydrates consumed can be raised by 20-30 grams per week. “In 1-2 months you will already notice the result,” the specialist concluded.

Earlier, fitness trainer Alina Romanova named simple and effective ways to burn fat. “The most effective way to burn fat is to run at a moderate pace. During the first 30-40 minutes of a training session, the body uses glucose and glycogen as energy sources. After this time, the process of fat burning begins, ”she said.
