Tyson Fury made fun of Oleksandr Usyk after defeating Daniel Dubois
British boxer Tyson Fury on X (formerly Twitter) reacted on the victory of Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk over his compatriot Daniel Dubois.
Fury posted a photo of himself wearing oversized boxer shorts pulled almost to his chest. In the signature, the Briton noted Usyk, as well as his future rival Francis Ngannou.
Fury mocked an incident in the fifth round of the bout when Dubois landed a blow to Usyk in the abdomen, which the referee ruled as an illegal low blow. After that, the Ukrainian could not get up from the floor and was forced to take a timeout.
On August 27, Usyk defeated Dubois. The referee recorded the victory of the Ukrainian by technical knockout in the ninth round. Usyk defended the World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Federation (IBF) and International Boxing Organization (IBO) heavyweight championship belts.
