Psychologist advised figure skater Gorbacheva’s entourage to adjust training

Sports psychologist and international master of sports in figure skating Victoria Borzenkova gave advice to the entourage of Russian champion in women’s singles Alina Gorbacheva. It is reported by “Championship”.

“To adjust the actions, perhaps the training process and communication in the athlete / parent / coach triangle in order to avoid more difficult and dangerous situations in the future, to which all teenagers are prone at this age,” the specialist advised, noting that she considers Gorbachev healthy and adequate.

On August 30, Gorbachev posted the first video since her disappearance. “Only now I understand what really happened, that my act does not fit into the concept of “normal” at all,” said the 16-year-old figure skater.

On the evening of August 28, Gorbachev left the skating rink, went to the park and did not return home. It was clarified that before that she had a quarrel with coach Sofia Fedchenko, with whom she lived from the age of nine. The athlete was found on the evening of August 29 in the cinema of one of the shopping centers in Moscow.
