Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah has agreed to a move to Saudi Al-Ittihad. It is reported by beIN Sports.

According to the publication, the player has already informed the teams about his decision. Now the success of the deal depends on whether Al-Ittihad can negotiate with the English club.

On August 24, Al-Riyadiah claimed that the Saudis had promised to make Salah the highest paid player in the league. It was noted that Liverpool did not agree to sell him, but now they are ready to discuss the transfer because of the attractive conditions.

At the moment, the highest paid football player in the world remains the Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who on December 30, 2022 joined the Saudi Al-Nasr squad. The striker’s contract is for two years, the salary is 200 million euros per year.
