Orenburg head coach Jiri Yaroshik left the club for family reasons
The head coach of “Orenburg” Czech Jiri Yaroshik left the club. This was reported on the team’s website.
“Jiri Yaroshik leaves FC Orenburg for family reasons, the contract was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties,” the press service said in a statement. The post of Yaroshik will be taken by the Spaniard David Deogracia Marquez.
Yaroshik headed Orenburg just two months ago, on June 22, 2023. In the Russian Premier League (RPL), under his leadership, the team played five matches, scored one point and currently occupies the last place in the table. Marquez is known for his work in the Spanish clubs Deportivo, Zaragoza, Valencia, in the championships of Thailand, Morocco and Belarus.
On August 15, Akhmat terminated the contract with head coach Sergei Tashuev. This resignation was the first in the RPL in the 2023/2024 season. Tashuev’s post was temporarily taken by Isa Baitiev, head of the youth team.
