Irish mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Conor McGregor spoke about the ban on fighting in December 2023. The athlete spoke Twitter.
“They won’t let me fight in December ladies and gentlemen. Imagine what a trauma it is – I feel that I am being deprived of my livelihood, ”said the athlete.
McGregor last fought in the summer of 2021, losing to American Dustin Poirier by technical knockout. The Irishman suffered a broken leg, from which he is still recovering. In 2023, he took part in the reality show The Ultimate Fighter. In September, it was reported that the fighter was preparing to fight American Michael Chandler, but the contract for the fight was never signed.
