The expert explained that the duration of the cool-down, like the warm-up, should be a quarter of the duration of the session. She noted that it is better to finish the workout with a light cardio load and stretching. However, according to Laisheva, if there is no strength left, you can replace the hitch with a light walk with a quick step until the pulse is restored and two stretching movements.

To stretch the muscles, the specialist advised to do forward and backward bends with a delay of 20-30 seconds at the bottom point. In addition, she recommended including a “butterfly” in the set of exercises: sit on the floor, bending your knees and connecting your feet, and then gently press on your hips with your hands, spreading them wider. Stretch, according to the expert, is also the muscles of the shoulders and back. To do this, you need to bend your arm at the elbow, slowly bring it over your shoulder, grab your elbow with the opposite hand and gently pull it. At the final point, you must hold for 20-30 seconds, then change hands.
