Orenburg spoke about the growth in the salaries of football players. The words of the sports director of the club of the Russian Premier League (RPL) Dmitry Andreev are quoted by Sport24.
Andreev said that the ruble exchange rate affects the financial performance of the club, but there are no problems. “Everything is growing rapidly: the amount of transfers, the salaries of football players, because before the players came at the rate of 60 rubles, and now it’s already 100 – the difference is significant,” he said.
In the standings of the championship “Orenburg” is on the penultimate 15th place. In four matches, the team earned one point.
Earlier, the Russian midfielder of Krasnodar Nikita Krivtsov spoke about the level of salaries in the lower leagues. The football player said that, speaking in the second league in 2020, he received a living wage – 11 thousand rubles.
