Olympic champion Shurochkina advised doing exercises with a handle for beautiful feet
Olympic champion in synchronized swimming Maria Shurochkina advised exercises for beautiful feet in Telegram.
The athlete recommended to practice with a pen or pencil. First exercise: sit down, hold the handle with your toes, with smooth movements try to straighten the foot until you can hold the handle with your fingers. Shurochkina suggested doing 30 repetitions with each leg.
The second exercise: connect the legs in a sitting position, alternately hold the handle with the fingers of the right and left feet. The athlete recommended doing 30-40 repetitions.
The last exercise, according to the synchronized swimmer, is the most difficult for beginners. Its purpose is to lift the handle off the surface with only the toes. “It’s not easy, I know, at first it may not work, but your every attempt is a step towards success! Try until you succeed!” Shurochkina encouraged.
Earlier, Shurochkina, who won two Olympic gold medals in a group exercise, advised a complex for the lazy. It included three exercises: to work out the inner surface of the thigh and the press, as well as stretching.
