The duel marks the last commitment of Inter Milan before the debut in the Italian Championship, which takes place next Saturday against Monza at 3.45 pm at the San Siro. In the four pre-season friendlies, the team nerrazuri had a positive balance: three wins and a draw.
Regarding the signings for the season, the Italian team changed the squad a lot, involving arrivals, the main ones being the goalkeeper Yann Sommerdo lateral John Square and the attacker Marcus Thuramand outputs, the most felt being André Onana, Marcelo Brozóvic e Romelu Lukaku. KF Egnatia, on the other hand, comes from a good campaign in the Albanian Superliga, being in third place. The team also played a friendly before facing Inter, but ended up 0-0 against Gazovic Orenburg, from Russia.
The Albanian team has a Brazilian in its squad: defensive midfielder Fernando Medeiros, formed in the youth Santosand which also collects passages by Bahia e Ituano. In the 2021 Paulista Championship, the midfielder he faced Peixe when he was still playing for the Itu club and found his brother, who was a ball boy.
