After Neymar informed the board of directors of the PSG his willingness to be negotiated, the club set a value to be able to release the player. So far, the only club to make an offer to the Brazilian was Al-Hilal, from Saudi Arabia. Jorge Jesus’ team would be willing to offer a salary of 80 million euros (about R$ 430 million) in order to attract Neymar.
