Defender Kjaer has a knee operation and cuts Milan for six months

O Milan reported, this Friday, that defender Simon Kjaer performed a surgical procedure on his knee. He will be away from the lawns for about six months.

According to a statement from the club, the Dane underwent an “arthroscopy to reconstruct the anterior cruciate ligament and reinsert the medial collateral ligament in his left knee. Kjaer is doing well and looking forward to starting the rehabilitation process right away. He should be gone for six months.”
