Ary Borges leads Cup artillery after hat-trick on debut

Striker Ary Borges, who scored three goals in the victory of the Brazil 4-0 against Panama in the debut of the Women’s World Cup, leads the list of top scorers at the World Cup after five days of competition. Only Colombia and South Korea have yet to debut and the two teams face each other to close the first round this Monday, at 11 pm (Brasília time).

Hinata Miyazawa, from Japan, Alexandra Popp, from Germany, and Sofia Smith, from the United States, are close behind in the dispute for the Golden Boot with two goals each.
