Earlier on Monday, July 24, it became known that Al-Hilal had announced to PSG that they were ready to buy Mbappe for a record 300 million euros. Then the Saudis made a formal offer to the Parisians. So far, negotiations with the representatives of the player have not been conducted.

At the moment, the record transfer in the history of football is the transfer of Brazilian striker Neymar from Barcelona to PSG in 2017. It was purchased for 222 million euros.

Mbappe has been with PSG since 2018. His current contract with the team runs until 2024 with the option of a one-season extension.
