The Athletic: PSG threaten to transfer Mbappe to the reserve if he does not change the position under the contract
It became known that the management of Paris Saint-Germain intends to put pressure on striker Kylian Mbappe in the process of negotiations. It is reported by The Athletic.
According to the publication, the striker is threatened to be transferred to the reserve if his position under the contract does not change. The club wants to sell the football player in the summer of 2023 or extend the agreement with him until 2025 with a subsequent sale after the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
On July 18, AS reported that Mbappe wants to work out the remaining year of his contract with the French club, his further plans were not disclosed. Earlier, L’Equipe said that the Parisians do not want to let the striker leave the team in 2024 as a free agent.
Mbappe has defended the colors of PSG since 2018. His current contract with the team runs until 2024 with the option of a one-season extension.
