Powerlifter Koklyaev called the lack of a warm-up a sign of a mediocre workout
The eight-time champion of Russia in weightlifting, powerlifter Mikhail Koklyaev, called the signs of a mediocre workout. His words are quoted by Life.ru.
Koklyaev did not recommend working for a quick result, since constant exhausting sports lead to overtraining syndrome. In his opinion, this slows down the process of achieving the result. In addition, do not neglect the warm-up, as it speeds up the heartbeat, saturates the muscles with oxygen and improves joint mobility.
The powerlifter went on to warn against the lack of a clear plan of action and irregular training. He emphasized that the systematic implementation of classes crosses out the efforts and benefits of playing sports. The last mistake Koklyaev called malnutrition.
On July 6, Koklyaev said that thanks to a properly drawn up training plan, the quality of sleep improves, appetite improves, endurance increases, muscle volume increases, and you also feel a surge of energy in the morning.
