The new commander will be presented this Wednesday, at 9 am (Brasília time), in a press conference at the club’s new training center, in Poissy, France, according to the newspaper Brand.

The defending French champions announced on their social networks “the first press conference of the season” for Wednesday morning at the team’s CT.

The two parts are already settled, according to the Spanish newspaper, and the announcement will take place after Christophe Galtier’s departure is made official. Under the command of the Frenchman for one season, PSG played 50 games and accumulated 34 wins, six draws and ten defeats, in addition to the Ligue 1 title.

Despite positive numbers, the Parisian club fell early in the French Cup after losing to Olympique de Marseille by 2-1 in the round of 16, and in the Champions League, also in the round of 16, against Bayern Munich.

For some time now, Luis Enrique has been holding talks with Luis Campos, sporting director of PSG, and Nasser al Khelaifi, president of the club, to monitor conversations with Mbappé regarding his continuity in the Parisian squad. Both the French star and Neymar are unknown for next season.

According to Brand, PSG will start announcing the reinforcements already agreed for the new season once Luis Enrique is made official in the position of coach. These new players are expected to include defender Milan Skriniar, striker Marco Asensio, midfielder Manuel Ugarte and midfielders Kang-in Lee and Cher Ndour.
