“Family, football distracts from events. We try to be positive. We try to convey positive emotions to each other, ”said the footballer of the Russian Premier League (RPL) club. Umyarov added that none of the team players received a summons.
Earlier, the former football player of the Russian national team Diniyar Bilyaletdinov spoke about going to the draft board after receiving the summons. “I’m alright. There were no questions, they let me go home immediately,” he stressed.
On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of partial mobilization in the country. Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu specified that a total of 300,000 reservists are planned to be called up.
