Two-time Olympic figure skating champion Evgeni Plushenko spoke about partial mobilization in Russia. His words are quoted by Sport-Express.

“If the summons comes, then I will not run away anywhere. We must protect our children and our future. This is my position,” Plushenko said, adding that he does not support people who left the country after September 21.

On September 28, it became known that two members of the Russian figure skating team, Dmitry Aliev and Makar Ignatov, had received subpoenas.
