The expert advised doing neurofitness to work with the body and brain at the same time

Fitness director of the network of clubs, Anna Polyakova, advised me to replace regular workouts with neurofitness. Her words are quoted by Sports.ru.

The expert noted that neurofitness allows you to work with the body and the brain at the same time. “Training should be fun, include developing new skills and learning new movements, challenging intellectually, for example, by forcing attention and reaction, and maintaining good physical shape,” she explained.

Polyakova said that it is not necessary to look for classes that have the word “neurofitness” in the name. She said that one example of neurofitness is dancing. “This is not only a great way to spend calories and tighten muscles, but also train coordination, memory, attention, imagination, including spatial, and even musical ear,” the specialist noted.

Polyakova clarified that martial arts, rock climbing, yoga and Pilates can also be called neurofitness. In addition, other training complexes that combine different sports that change regularly can be considered as such.

Earlier, trainer Anzhelika Barinova named new trends in fitness. She stated that Russians are more willing to buy workouts on the Internet, as it is cheaper than going to a fitness room. The coach also noted that after leaving for remote work, many had an interest in losing weight.
