El Debate: Real Madrid offer €200+20m for Mbappe, PSG ask €250+50m
Details of the negotiations between Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain on the transfer of striker Kylian Mbappe have appeared. This is reported by El Debate correspondent Thomas-Gonzalez Martin in Twitter.
According to the journalist, the footballer’s mother has been conducting “secret negotiations” with the Parisians for several months. She also turned to the Emir of Qatar to close the issue of moving to the Madrid club as soon as possible.
However, it is known so far that Real are ready to pay a maximum of 200 + 20 million euros for the transfer, while PSG is asking for 250 + 50 million euros for it. Negotiations are said to be ongoing.
On June 12, L’Equipe claimed that Mbappé had told PSG management that he was refusing to renew his contract until 2025. It was noted that the Parisians will try to sell the player in the summer of 2023 so that he does not leave as a free agent.
Mbappé has been playing for the Parisians since 2018. The striker’s current agreement with the team runs until 2024 with the option of a one-season extension. In the spring of 2022, Real Madrid already made an attempt to sign the player, but he remained at PSG.
