MMA fighter Khamzat Chimaev demanded that the UFC assign him two fights in 2023
Swedish mixed martial arts fighter (MMA) Khamzat Chimaev on his Instagram page (social network is banned in Russia; belongs to the Meta company, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) put forward requirements for the leadership of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
The athlete demanded to assign him two fights in 2023. One of them should take place in Paris, and the next – in Abu Dhabi. “UFC, let me beat someone up,” he wrote.
On May 24, Chimaev spoke about a possible fight with former UFC champion American Kamaru Usman. The athlete said that he expects a fight in October in Abu Dhabi. According to Chimaev, after that he will have to give a title fight in the organization.
Chimaev in his professional career had 12 fights without suffering a single defeat. In the last fight on September 10, 2022, he defeated American Kevin Holland by choke.
