The finals of the Brazilian Women’s and Under-20 Championship will draw a lot of attention this weekend and will be broadcast on open TV. Bandeirantes confirmed coverage of the live events.

On Saturday, the Band presents, at 2 pm, the second and final confrontation between Corinthians and Internacional for the final of the women’s Brasileirão. The match takes place at Neo Química Arena, in São Paulo, with narration by Isabelly Morais, comments by Alline Calandrini and Milene Domingues, and reports by Luiza Oliveira and Esther Fischborn.

The Coloradas are fighting for an unprecedented title in their career, while the Brabas are chasing their fourth championship: the São Paulo team lifted the cup in 2018, 2020 and 2021. In the first leg, held last weekend in Porto Alegre, the two teams drew 1-1. If the situation repeats itself, the dispute will be defined on penalties, something that happened only once until today, in 2019, when Ferroviária won the second championship.

The duel will set a new public record for the sport in the country. The alvinegro announced that 39,000 tickets were sold, which will surpass the 36,330,000 people who were present last Sunday in Beira-Rio. Even the South American women’s football record will also be broken. In June of this year, 37,100 fans watched the final of the Colombian Championship between América de Cali and Deportivo Cali.

The CBF announced that it will award R$ 1 million to the winning club, five times greater than what was paid to Corinthians, last year’s champion. The vice president will receive BRL 500,000, also five times more than in 2021.
