Santo Domingo Dayana Mina contributed with a total of three medalsone of gold and two of silver, do Ecuador’s harvest at the Grand Prix in weightlifting which takes place in Havana, Cuba.
Mine did not have all of its attempts as valid in boot mode. He started with 100 kilograms, in the second he lifted 103 and could not do 105 as he asked for in the third movement.

The bronze medal in this modality went to Cuban Elizabeth Reyes, who reached 101 kilograms.

Mina started with 130 kilograms, the biggest weight, but she managed to lift it only in the second attempt. The weightlifter from Taipei tried 127 kilograms, with two unsuccessful attempts, and in the third she was looking for 129, a valid move, but less than the tricolor, who, although she failed in the third attempt at 133, was left with the gold. .
Cuba repeated the bronze with Reyes, with three valid attempts at 120, 125 and 128 kilograms.
In the Olympic total, the gold went to Ying-Yuan Lo who added a weight of 235 kilograms, while the tricolor weightlifter reached 233thus winning the second silver medal.
The Cuban Reyes again hung bronze in this category, lifting a weight of 229 kilograms. (D)
