Peru won an important away victory this Friday in a friendly against South Korea. Playing in the city of Busan, the South American team scored early in the match and beat the opponent by 1-0.
The winning goal was scored by Bryan Reyna. In the 11th minute, he received assistance from veteran center forward Paolo Guerrero, former Corinthians, Flamengo and Internacional, to define the scoreboard.
The Peruvians had more players known to the Brazilian public in the duel against South Korea. Lateral Trauco, ex-Flamengo, was the team’s starter. Midfielder Cueva, formerly of São Paulo and Santos, entered the field in the second half.
In Asian territory, Peru returns to play a friendly on Tuesday, against Japan. South Korea plays on the same day against El Salvador.
