Trainer Brett Hebel talked about the best program for burning fat. Her words are quoted by Shape magazine.

The specialist advised a workout consisting of two blocks of three exercises. The first movement in each set is performed for 30 seconds, each subsequent one for one minute. Rest between sets – 60 seconds. The complex is repeated three times.

The first set starts with push-ups. The run is performed in place for four seconds, followed by one push-up. Next, you need to lunge forward to an angle at the knee of 90 degrees, arms bent at the elbows, palms clasped at the back of the head. The push-up block ends with a leg swing to the side. Starting position – plank with support on the brush. “Stret your right leg out to the side. Keeping your right leg still, bend your elbows to lower yourself as low as possible towards the floor. Push up. Switch sides and repeat,” added the fitness expert.

The second set of movements begins with horizontal capoeira jumps. Starting position: squat, resting on your hands in front of you, elbows bent, palms at your chest. “Turn your body to the right, placing your palms on the floor beyond your right foot. Raise your pelvis and jump your legs to the right, landing to the right of your right hand, ”said Hebel, adding that then you need to return to the starting position and change sides.

Next, twisting is performed with a straight leg lift. To do this, in the prone position, one leg must be raised 15 centimeters above the floor, tighten the body and stretch with straight arms to the knee. The final exercise is a knee strike on the capoeira technique. “Lunge with your right foot back, lower your knee to the floor and rest your left palm on the floor. Push off with your left heel, throwing your right knee forward with force, lean back, raising your bent left arm up, and pulling your right back, ”the coach explained.
