With an indefinite future at Chelsea, Lukaku becomes a target for a Saudi Arabian club

borrowed by Chelsea To Inter Milan last season, striker Romelu Lukaku still does not know if he will return to England. According to the newspaper The Guardianthe 30-year-old player received a proposal from Al-Hilal and may have Saudi Arabia as his final destination.

The Middle East club would be willing to offer 20 million euros (about R$ 105 million at current prices) per year to the Belgian. Lukaku reportedly met Al-Hilal officials in Paris last Monday to discuss his possible transfer.

The striker would not be the only target of the Arabs in Chelsea. Todd Boehly, owner of the English, was in Saudi Arabia last week to talk to Al-Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo’s team, about the sale of two players: midfielder Hakim Ziyech and striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Even with the millionaire offer, Inter Milan can also enter the dispute for Lukaku. Club officials are due to travel to London this week to negotiate a possible transfer. An asset up their sleeve would be Chelsea’s interest in goalkeeper André Onana.

Runner-up in the Champions League last Saturday, Lukaku entered the field only in the second half to try to help Inter in the dispute for the title. The striker made 37 appearances for Italy during his loan spell and found the net 14 times.
