Fitness trainer Andrey Zhukov named the best ways to get rid of swelling in the summer. His words are quoted by Buro 24/7.

The trainer said that lymphatic gymnastics would help get rid of edema. To do this, you need to perform every day from 50 to 100 jumps on the toes with bare feet. He also advised cardio training, which helps to disperse the blood and lymph and thereby remove excess fluid from the body.

Another way to get rid of edema, Zhukov called a contrast shower, which contracts and relaxes muscles. The trainer also recommended lying on your back with your arms and legs raised, since excess fluid most often accumulates in the limbs.
